Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour.

Cancellations & Refunds

More than 14 days before your tour → 50% refund.
14 days or less before your tour → non-refundable.
No-shows on the day → non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your tour once free of charge if we are notified more than 14 days in advance.
Rescheduling within 14 days is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Operator Cancellations

Tours operate rain or shine. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to exceptional circumstances, you will receive a full refund (including deposit) or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected changes in plans.

However, we do not accept liability for any errors, omissions, or changes in itineraries caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, traffic, closures, or third-party service providers).

All tours are undertaken at the customer’s own risk. Cotswolds Day Tours shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during a tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain adequate travel insurance before their trip.
