How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website, by email at info@cotswoldsdaytours.co.uk, or by phone at   +44 (0) 7399-343069.

 

Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, full payment is required to secure your booking. A 50% refund is available if you cancel more than 14 days before your tour. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

What is included in the price?

Private SUV transport, a local driver-guide, tailored itinerary planning, and pick-up/drop-off from Oxford, London (Notting Hill), or a Cotswolds address. Meals, entrance fees, and extras such as champagne hampers are optional add-ons.

How long is a typical tour?

Most day tours last 10-12 hours, but can be as long as 14 hrs if including London returns. We can adjust to suit your schedule.

 

Can I customise my itinerary?

Absolutely. All tours are private and flexible - you choose the pace, stops, and focus, whether it’s hidden villages, foodie spots, gardens, or film locations.

Where do tours start and finish?

Pickups are available from Oxford, London (Notting Hill), Airports or local Cotswolds addresses. Drop-offs are flexible - just let us know your preference.

Yes! Our tours are dog-friendly. You’re welcome to bring your pet, or enjoy Ziggy - our fox red Labrador - as your tour companion.

Yes, tours are suitable for all ages. Families often enjoy flexible routes with village walks, garden visits, and foodie stops.

 

What should I bring?
