Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. Please review our booking and refund policy before confirming your tour: ​ We’re a small, family-run business, and every booking is important to us. To protect both our guests and our team, please review our booking and cancellation policy: Payments - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour. ​ Cancellations & Refunds - More than 14 days before your tour → 50% refund. - 14 days or less before your tour → non-refundable. - No-shows on the day → non-refundable. ​Rescheduling - You may reschedule your tour once free of charge if we are notified more than 14 days in advance. - Rescheduling within 14 days is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. ​Operator Cancellations - Tours operate rain or shine. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to exceptional circumstances, you will receive a full refund (including deposit) or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend that all guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected changes in plans.
