The Historic Market Hub

Stow-on-the-Wold | The Historic Market Hub
Perched at nearly 800 feet above sea level, Stow-on-the-Wold is the highest town in the Cotswolds and arguably its most historic trading hub. At its heart lies the vast Market Square, once a bustling center where up to 20,000 sheep were sold in a single day. Today, its honey-colored stone streets are lined with high-end antique shops, galleries, and ancient coaching inns.
